Sabin World Elementary School Update

What an exciting beginning of school it has been for Sabin World Elementary School. We are up 100 students and have increased our full day Kindergartens, first and second grades to 5 classes each. Sabin, for the 2nd year in a row, had the second highest growth increase on the Denver Public Schools School Performance Framework. We have gone from 6th from the bottom in 2008 to 14th from the top out of 146 schools in 2010, an increase of 51%. We hope you were able to see the news clips on 9News and Fox 31. Harvey Park Recreation Center Update

Our Thanksgiving dinner has been changed to a potluck. The center will provide turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy. We asked that you bring your favorite holiday dish of vegetables, salad, or dessert. We’ll have great entertainment all for the price of $3.
