Joining the Harvey Park Improvement Association only costs $10.00 a year. Your $10.00 supports the HPIA community newsletter, annual scholarships, and operation of the Harvey Park Improvement Association. Every homeowner in Harvey Park and Harvey Park South is welcome to take part in the HPIA organization or to help with the HPIA committees.
